RTS ensured a successful LS Central go-live for Go Nordic Cruiseline

Earlier this year, Go Nordic Cruiseline successfully went live with LS Central across both Nordic Pearl and Nordic Crown, marking an important milestone in the company’s digital transformation journey.

Following months of planning, collaboration, and implementation, the new solution is now supporting daily operations onboard — connecting retail and hospitality areas through one integrated platform.

RTS Business Solutions led the implementation of LS Central, covering shops, restaurants, bars, payments, reporting, and analytics. The solution provides Go Nordic Cruiseline with improved operational visibility and a stronger foundation for efficient onboard processes.

For ferry and cruise operators, technology plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes while maintaining a seamless guest experience. With more than 700,000 passengers traveling annually between Copenhagen and Oslo, reliability and flexibility are essential in everyday operations.

The go-live process was carried out in close collaboration between the teams involved, ensuring a stable transition and strong support throughout the project phase.

Today, the LS Central solution helps support both operational workflows and the onboard guest experience — while also preparing the business for future development and scalability.
